Searching for a magnificent beach and ocean, but would also like a more Cape Verdian experience? An affordable apartment where you step out into a welcoming sea of Cape Verdian faces of all ages and backgrounds.  Then choose `The White House´. Our brand new, basic but clean apartments, are located in a Cape Verdian residential area, close to the courthouse, the main fruit & vegetable market, and several local restaurants.

As you leave the beach, a 10min walk away, and move closer to your apartment, feel yourself step into another world. One filled with local kids playing on the walkway, small groups of friend and family sitting on their patio laughing and listening to music. Feel the change in energy and be greeted by smiles all the way home.

Apartments are all One Bedroom Aparments in The White House. Rentals include:

• Linens and bath towels (no beach towels)

• Kitchenette with stove top, mini fridge, electric kettle, cookware, kitchen utensils, and ample storage space

• Bed(s), couch and/or chair, dining table

• Private Bathroom with sink, mirror, shower, Western style toilet, and bidet

• Fan(s) a We live on an island where electricity and water is even more precious than gold and ice cream so please treat them with care.

• An team to assist in making your holiday super fun and memorable.

• Water and electricity but a kind reminder we are on a desert island in the middle of nowhere. We encourage you to use the use the lights when it is dark, the fans when it is hot, and to shower, but please be aware these commodities are precious on the island and globally. 

• If you stay longer than a week, a clean is included. However, we ask you keep your apartments tidy in order to dissuade creatures from wanting to move in on your holiday rent free. 

• Upon booking we will email you an info sheet which will provide with all the information you need prior to your arrival and when you are here. Visa, Airport transfers,  Activities, bars, restaurants, dancing places, etc.

Rates, Fees, & Other Pertinent Information:

• Are dependent on type of room, and capacity of room. 

• Minimum 3 night stay. 1 night stay will be charged 50% more of original price; 2 night stay will be charged 25% charged more of original price.

• 15 Euro standard cleaning fee, per stay.

• We are family friendly but do not have cribs, and our apartments/furniture are not childproof.

• To book, we require full payment.

• Supplemental activities such as kitesurfing, yoga, island excursions, etc. are not included in room rates.

• Kitesurfing, windsurfing and accommodation packages, & yoga retreat packages are available.

• 2 Euro Government tax per person for the first 10 nights (yes, children are people too) to be paid on site.

• 50 Euro rock star/key deposit for any damages or losses, in the event your decide to party like a rock star in your apartment. Deposit will be returned in full if no damages or losses have occurred.

• Check in time: 14pm, Check Out 12pm. If the apartment is available and you would like a late check –out up to 8pm, there is an added fee of 30euros.

• You can cancel or modify your reservations before 29 days upon your arrival. There is a 50euro charge for bookings between Oct and May. Any cancellations, modifications, or no shows within 29 days upon your scheduled arrival, the total price of your reservation will be charged.
