Surf Zone apartments come with a fully functioning and equipped kitchenette, a comfortable living area, private bathrooms, and proximity to everything you would need for a fantastic holiday, including 3 km of white sandy beach across from the building. Apartment rentals include:

• Linens and bath towels

• Kitchenette with stove top, mini fridge, electric kettle, cookware, kitchen utensils, and ample storage space

• Bed(s), couch and/or chair, dining table

• Private Bathroom with sink, mirror, shower, Western style toilet, and bidet

• Ceiling fan(s) and air conditioning, please treat with care. We live on an island where electricity and water is even more precious than gold and ice cream so please treat them with care. When you leave the apartment please turn off the fans and air conditioning.

• We encourage you to use the use the lights when it is dark, the ceiling fans when it is hot, and to shower but please be aware these commodities are precious on the island and globally. 

• Fibre Optic high speed Wifi

• 1 cleaning per 3 days or as required. However, we ask you to keep your apartments tidy to dissuade creatures from wanting to move in on your holiday rent free. This is Africa and Africa has critters, that like food left out. If there is nothing for critters to eat, they will avoid you.

Rates, Fees, & Other Pertinent Information:

• Are dependent on type of room, and capacity of room. 

• We are family friendly and have cribs,  however please know that our apartments/furniture are not childproofed.

• To book, we require a 40% deposit and the balance 10 days prior to arrival.

• Supplemental activities such as kitesurfing, yoga, island excursions, etc. are not included in room rates.

• 2 Euro Government tax per person for the first 10 nights (yes, children are people too) to be paid on site.

• Check in time: 14pm, Check Out 11 pm. If the apartment is available and you would like a late check –out up to 8pm, there is an added fee of 30euros. ​

• This is a non smoking building. For the comfort of others and your beautiful lungs, please refrain from smoking in the building.

• There is no partying in the building or on the roof top, There are more than enough bars around for that. Be respectful or yours and others holiday space,
